IVEGA offers all the utilities for the installation of complete lines with this automatic feeding system as the automatic control and stop systems, the mid-line control pan, high quality 3 meter galvanized tubes with 3 or 4 holes, auger, compact power units with gear-motor and double security stop device, admission hopper for 50kg of food and height adjustment system with reinforced winch.

Versatility

IVEGA provides a range of pan feeders without grill suitable for broilers and turkeys, allows easy access to the feed and achieves excellent results. With individual shut-off system, these pan feeders are the consequence of many years of study and research in the Poultry field.

Serves both broilers and turkeys

The first model of pan feeder, TC, is for broilers from day-old to maturity. The TC pan feeder feeds Young chicks right from the start and keeps the chick out the pan. The second model, TCA, has a special anti-waste ring available for turkeys from 7-14 weeks of age. This is easy to assemble and increases the distance to the feed and avoids any wastage. Anything that is left is returned to the plate.

Nipple drinking systems for broilers

IVEGAoffers lineal nipple systems for broilers with the original 10012 IMPEX nipple with soft 360° triggering of young birds. The nipples are closed by both a stainless steel ball and pin in s/s seatings. As the water supply is low, no drip cup is needed.

IMPEX nipples

The soft triggering of young birds allows smaller volumes of water to be delivered while the more aggressive triggering of older birds allows larger volumes of water to be delivered. This precise water delivery feature allows the birds to consume the necessary amount of water during all the growth period.

Drinking systems for layers

For laying hens IVEGA offers complete nipple systems with the original IMPEX nipple model 10013, As the water supply is higher, a drip cup is needed to catch the spilling water of the birds. This precise water delivery feature allows the hens to consume the necessary amount of water. IVEGA's Layer nipple systems are designed to delivery the exact amount of water necessary for optimum egg production. By means of the multi-stage metering pin, birds are able consume the desired amount of water by triggering the flow pin.

Climate control

Heating

A well-controlled environment is essential in the first days of a bird’s life. Experts agree infrared heat produced from gas brooders provide young birds with their best start. Infrared heat allows you to aim the radiant heat directly to the animals and the floor without contact or air movement. Radiant heaters can be easily and precisely controlled with individual or central thermostatic regulation.

Insulation

In a poultry house, curtains are used to protect the birds from direct sunlight, rain and the harsh winter conditions. The curtain helps to maintain the inside temperature during brooding period. IVEGA curtains are made from a special PEAD UV stabilized to avoid the harmful effect of the UV rays. The 2 layers blue/silver curtain are used for a more comfortable stress less ambient to the birds.

Ventilation

The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in hot periods. Also renews the air and removes dust, ammonia and humidity of the house, in order for the broilers to convert the consumed feed into body mass in the most optimal way.

Tunnel poultry houses

In climate control for the poultry industry, extraction fans are used to pull fresh air from outside into the house improving animal welfare. IVEGA offer our customers the 50” exhaust fan with shutter used for these tunnel ventilation systems. With a climate controller environment we can get the broilers are healthier.

Cooling systems

We manifacture cooling systems using NAAN foggers. A well ventilated poultry house with our cooling system can withstand the torrid summers of the pampa humeda, by the efficient use of timed fogging. This system replicates the effect of fowl taking a bath in a pond, while keeping the shed floor dry.
